The mission is lived through our...
Passion is to humans as water is to plants – it is fundamental to our growth, happiness and well-being. It is an expression of who we are at the deepest level.

Passion is a key ingredient in helping people build fulfilled and successful lives, for passion can give the confidence, tenacity, inspiration and courage to make positive choices in our lives.

Discovering your passion is a key part of helping your discover who you are, who you want to be and what makes you tick. The primary reason people accomplish great things is because they are passionate about what it is they really want. They become irresistible and unstoppable.

In any sport, profession or competition, the difference between the top 5% and the rest of the crowd is passion. The top 5% are typically exponentially better than the next line and not just a bit better. This is because they are passionate about what they are doing and therefore strive for greatness.

One can achieve modest results without being passionate, but it is unlikely that one will be able to compete with more passionate people. Passionate people work harder, longer and pay more attention to detail than non – passionate people.

Quote :

"One person with passion is better than forty people merely interested."
- E. M. Forster

"Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you."
- Oprah Winfrey

"Only passions, great passions, can elevate the soul to great things."
- Denis Didero
The number one reason people don't complete their journey of Wish to Reality is because they never are fully committed to their wishes in the first place. Too often people use the word "committed" rather loosely. For example, people use the word 'committed' when the reality is they are merely 'interested'. The difference in the meanings between the two words is enormous. Committed does not mean 'interested' neither does it mean to 'try'. To commit means to do and to keep doing, keep going, and to keep improving until you have succeeded.

The larger your vision is, the longer it is going to take to reach your outcome and the greater the commitment it will require. The longer it takes to achieve your vision, the more time and opportunities there are for things to happen that invite you to veer off course from your vision. To succeed, you must learn to sustain your drive, and continuously focus on your vision without distraction.

Commitment is to your dreams what fuel is to an automobile. You wouldn't expect a car to move forward without fuel? Would you? Of course not! Then how do you expect your dreams/wishes to be realized without your absolute commitment? You cannot be ambiguous about your dreams? If you are 99% invested, you're not truly committed. 99% is not enough. There is no power in 99%!! Committed is 100% and nothing less. Nothing magical ever happens without your commitment. Greatness happens when you are truly committed to something or someone. People around you can feel it. Your burning desire is contagious. Your determination is infectious.

Not only do others become inspired to help you and support you, but they also feel more inspired to go after their own dreams. The collective effect of that type of synergy can move mountains. The number one reason people don't achieve their dreams is because they never really committed to them in the first place. Committed people don't quit. Even the best planning cannot predict every obstacle. Sure you can foresee the possibility of some bumps in the road when things don't go as planned, but are you committed to find the ways around them when those pesky problems arise? People who are not committed are always looking for the exit door, and because of that, they will never find the solution, which is often right in front of their face. For a successful and fulfilled life make commitments you can keep and keep commitments you make.

Having a natural ability or talent for a particular thing will place you higher up on the learning curve than if these things were not intuitive. People tend to naturally gravitate towards things that initially come easy to them, and parents often try to nurture these 'talents' in their children with lessons, resources, and supplies.

However, this is only the start. To gain any type of mastery or excellence, one must spend some dedicated portion of time - learning, practicing, and honing their talent. When you look at the most successful people in any field, they have attained the status because they have worked with complete dedication to explore their potential and hence achieve their dreams.

Being dedicated to a cause or a vision removes barriers. You don't ask yourself the question, "how far can I go?” you realize that the answer is: "as far as you want to go, as long as you're willing to work at it..."

Being dedicated to a cause gives you energy and grit, when the going become tough. It gives you the power to persevere and win inspite of bad weather and challenges. When one is dedicated there is no going back, there is no quitting only persisting and winning!
