| Our Attitude |
|
The law of nature sates very clearly that there are only two paths one of growth and the other of decline. The path of status quo does not exist. Hence if you are not choosing to grow you are by default choosing to decay. We at Unnati strongly believe that we shall consciously choose the Attitude of 'Beating Your Best' for continuous improvement and growth. Success demands you to develop an attitude of "Beating Your Best". It is amazing to see how many people have just simply accepted status quo and no longer strive for beating their previous best. Observe that one is usually surrounded by people who just get by, so that even good can be appealing to the average person. One will never strive for beating their best until they start believing that good is a dirty, nasty and evil word. Good is unacceptable. Good is a plague and enemy of the successful, abundant life. Those who will settle and accept average are sure to miss the blessings and rewards of excellent living. Sadly, those who only go one mile, do what is going to come up short, every time, and continue to envy the life of abundant and successful people. Nurturing the attitude of beating your best demands of you to make continuous improvements. It requires one to persistently and consistently set and beat personal records. Don't be afraid to set the standard high; you will surely rise to the level of expectation. You must determine what excellence looks like and refuse to accept anything less than that. I'm convinced that the majority of us haven't even scratched the surface of our potential. We must stretch ourselves and realize that we can always improve. Nurturing an attitude of beating your best is a challenging choice that successful people and leaders in any field make. It makes life journey more enjoyable, fulfilled and achievement oriented. Quote : Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude towards us." - John N. Mitchell "Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can't be done." - Bo Bennett "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference." - Winston Churchill "There is little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. The little difference is attitude. The big difference is whether it is positive or negative." - W. Clement Stone |
